Project manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project management methodologies, with experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time and within budget. They should have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate team members to achieve project goals. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong understanding of software development processes and best practices, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within our organization.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Monitor and track project progress and report status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and budget as needed.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest project management methodologies and tools.

Requirements

Who are you?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management or related field.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on time.
• Familiarity with software development processes and best practices
